Job Responsibilities Fulfillment Experience: Take ownership of fulfillment experience goals (including On-Time Delivery rate, delivery speed, etc.). Design the fulfillment experience monitoring system, build diagnostic capabilities, and design and implement improvement strategies based on diagnostic results.
Essential Job Functions : - Receive, review, prepare and process shipment documentation for an assigned base of accounts; - Track and trace cargo as necessary to insure proper movement and delivery; - Provide accounting department with
