关于角色该职位负责中长尾商家的入驻与运营管理，涵盖从注册申请到首单完成的全链路转化，推动商家的活跃度与留存率，确保平台供给的持续增长。职责中长尾商家入驻漏斗管理：负责Inbound渠道中长尾商家从注册申请到首单完成的全链路转化，定义各阶段过程指标（申请→审核→上线→首单），驱动入驻转化率持续提升，确保新商家申请当日清、不积压。商家冷启动与分层孵化：设计差异化的新商家冷启动方案，针对不同类型中长尾商家制定分层孵化路径，通过任务体系、培训内容、运营干预等方式，帮助商家快速完成从上线到稳定产单的跨越，提升新商家90天活跃率。留存与长效增长运营：建立中长尾商家的健康度模型，识别高风险流失商家并设计干预机制，通过活动、激励、产品工具等手段，持续提升在营商家的订单密度与平台黏性，降低商家流失率。运营产品化与规模化：将可复制的运营经验沉淀为产品能力，推动商家自助入驻、自助运营工具迭代，以产品手段替代人工运营，实现中长尾商家管理的规模化与成本可控。团队建设：组建并培养Inbound商家运营团队，建立合理的分工与KPI体系，打造一支能快速复制到新城市、新市场的作战团队。运用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Copilot 等）辅助日常分析与策略制定，提升产出效率与质量，主动探索 AI 在本岗位的应用最佳实践。资格5年以上互联网平台运营经验，有完整的商家入驻→留存→增长全链路管理经验优先，熟悉中长尾商家的运营规律。至少2年10人+团队管理经验，具备搭建从0到1团队的能力。所需技能强数据意识，能独立定义并拆解商家成长各阶段核心指标，驱动团队日常执行。具备将运营经验产品化的能力，能清晰定义需求，推动工具与系统迭代。良好的跨职能协作能力，能高效对接产品、技术、BD等团队。熟练使用 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Copilot 等）辅助日常工作；具备 AI 学习意愿，能主动探索 AI 在业务场景中的应用。优先技能具备在复杂多元的国际化业务中快速成长的能力。...
